Came across these handy tips on using punches in your scrapbook which will also work on other scrapbook products. I had been thinking about this because I have a Creative Memories corner rounder that has gone bit dull. I remembered vaguely there was a way to sharpen- so this was timely!

You can sharpen using tin foil or sandpaper- just punch a few times. This also work well to sharpen the blade on you paper cutter- the kind with arms that swings down. Just take a piece of tin foil ( aluminum foil) or finer sandpaper and cut several times. The blade should sharpen up a bit for you.
