We all got a package in the mail today from my mom. My daughters each got a needlepoint kit for beginners. One was quite pretty- a dragonfly design that used embroidery floss rather than wool. You can find the kit here

I have been trying to find a picture of it online. The other for younger girl was a typical butterfly with wool needlepoint project.

I got some patterns- and an odd things- a needle threader (!) and some bead needles. Does my mother think I don’t know how to thread an needle? I am 40-something and an avid crafter! Not sure what to make of it. No clue why she would out of the blue send me a package of bendy beading needles. maybe I said something about beading earlier in the week (though I know I didn’t!)
